Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to provide clinical insights that enhance AI healthcare tools.
ā¢ Review, annotate, and evaluate healthcare data, such as patient records and clinical decision-making scenarios.
ā¢ Translate complex nursing processes into structured training data for AI models.
ā¢ Assess the effectiveness of AI-generated health communications and provide constructive feedback.
ā¢ Ensure medical accuracy and empathy are consistently represented in AI outputs.
ā¢ Guide the development of AI interactions to reflect best practices in patient care and documentation.
ā¢ Contribute expertise to projects focused on healthcare-assistive technology innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
ā¢ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with solid clinical experience.
ā¢ Thorough knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and medical documentation.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to administer nursing care for diverse patient populations.
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
ā¢ Ability to translate clinical knowledge to a non-clinical, technology-focused audience.
ā¢ Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reviewing medical content.
ā¢ Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
