How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Design and champion evidence-based educational programs that empower our nursing staff to deliver the highest standard of pediatric patient care.

• Partner with clinical leadership to identify knowledge gaps, ensuring our teams are consistently prepared for the evolving complexities of the healthcare landscape.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical learning initiatives by measuring real-world outcomes, ensuring every training hour translates to improved bedside excellence.

• Consult on organization-wide professional development standards, acting as a strategic architect for the "highest-extent-of-licensure" practice model.

• Streamline competency-based assessments to create a seamless, supportive growth journey for both new and veteran clinical staff.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing.

Work Experience:

• Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN): Advanced academic preparation is essential for the design and oversight of our professional development frameworks.

• Proven Pediatric Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on pediatric clinical experience to ensure credibility and subject matter mastery when teaching our specialized teams.
