Registered Nurse - 100% Remote

Job Title: Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator Location: Remote, equipment provided Pay Rate: RN – $29/hour Shift: 11:30AM - 8PM EST Training: 9am-5:30PM EST, 4-6 weeks Overview: We are seeking Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinators to support the review and validation of client referrals and services. These professionals ensure that clinical documentation aligns with policy requirements and client expectations, delivering high-quality reports and communication. Key Responsibilities: Review processed referrals to confirm accuracy, including surgeon selection, specialty alignment, and insurance details. Validate that requested services were delivered precisely as specified—no more, no less. Assess whether services meet policy criteria and are medically necessary. Compile findings and communicate results to clients via phone and email. Ensure reports are grammatically sound, clinically accurate, and clearly written. Manage time effectively, especially when handling cases with quick turnaround requirements. Required Skills: Quality assurance and clinical analysis Proficiency with nursing documentation software Understanding of insurance policies and clinical documentation standards Qualifications: Active Nursing License - RN Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid clinical knowledge to support accurate reviews Previous remote work experience is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
