Registered Investment Advisor Representative About This Opportunity Are you a skilled investment advisor who's proven you can build lasting client relationships and grow a book of business—but tired of the endless cold calling and door knocking? Compensation Range: $95,000 - $350,000 annually The Role As a Registered Investment Advisor Representative, you'll work with pre-qualified prospects actively seeking financial guidance. Our sophisticated lead generation systems identify "money in motion" opportunities, so you can invest your time in meaningful client conversations rather than prospecting. This is a remote position with flexibility across time zones, ideal for advisors who value work-life balance while maintaining a professional, client-first approach. What You'll Do • Build and nurture client relationships through our proven processes and methodologies • Conduct comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional client outcomes • Leverage our technology platforms and CRM systems to manage client relationships efficiently • Convert qualified leads into long-term client partnerships • Maintain compliance with all SEC, FINRA, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Licensing & Credentials: • Active Series 65 license, OR • Active Series 7 AND Series 63 licenses Experience: • Minimum 3 years as a practicing investment advisor • Documented track record of independently building a book of business through relationship development and systematic processes • Proven ability to follow structured methodologies while adapting to client needs Background: • Clean regulatory and compliance history (required) • Spotless background check and U4 record Skills & Attributes: • Technologically adaptive—comfortable with modern CRM, portfolio management, and communication platforms • Strong team collaborator with excellent communication skills • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment • Flexible schedule to accommodate clients across multiple time zones What We Offer The Game-Changer: Forget cold calling and door knocking.
