Registered Intern Therapist – Hybrid, Supervision Provided

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is hiring Registered Intern Therapists for their Tampa office. This position is designed for motivated, early-career clinicians working toward licensure in Florida, providing psychotherapy and building a caseload with consistent supervision and support. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or children Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with colleagues and external providers as needed Maintain high professional and ethical standards Skills Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy Currently registered with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI, or eligible to obtain registration within the next 60 days Availability for at least two late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (typically 3–8 PM) Ability to maintain a consistent caseload of 15+ client sessions per week Willingness to build toward a full-time caseload (24+ sessions/week) to qualify for employer-paid health benefits Commitment to steady clinical growth and regular participation in supervision Experience in outpatient, school-based, or community mental health Confidence managing a therapy caseload Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (highly valued) Reliability, strong communication skills, and professionalism Benefits Qualified supervision provided Health/Dental/Vision/Group-Term Life (per eligibility) 401(k) match Company Overview Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a trusted mental health company headquartered in the vibrant Broward County, Florida.
