Job Summary As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Key Autism Services, you will play a vital role in implementing ABA therapy programs for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data, and support clients in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy sessions to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and preparedness for therapy sessions Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills Preferred Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience using a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plan with youth and families Knowledge of ABA therapy principles and practices What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate ($20/hour and onwards based on experience) Incentive programs and bonuses Opportunities for professional growth and development Growth Opportunities: Flexible schedules University partnerships, supervision, practicum, and mentoring for aspiring BCBAs RBT certification assistance Work Environment and Culture: Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance Why Join Our Team?
