Job title: Marketing and Public Relations Consultant – Part-time - Hybrid Remote Company: Baylor Scott & White Health Job description: WORK SCHEDULE: 20-30 hours per week. Hybrid-remote. Will work remote and onsite at the Dallas office. Travel to Fort Worth and Waxahachie as needed. JOB SUMMARY The Marketing and Public Relations Consultant assesses, analyzes, proposes and implements marketing and public relations solutions for single functions or products to support the business strategies and image of Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) and its affiliates. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE Utilizes project management platforms to write, edit, and produce communications for internal and external audiences Researches, writes, and works with intercompany teams to develop social media content Works with the BSWH Public Relations Department to develop compelling patient testimonials and human interest stories Utilizes email platform to develop, distribute, and evaluate employee and physician newsletters and communication Coordinates videos for internal and external audiences Assists the department in hosting and monitoring virtual and in-person community events Develops and coordinates awareness and adoption strategies to promote current marketing initiatives across hospital departments Monitors and analyzes marketing metrics KEY SUCCESS FACTORS Upon interviewing for the position, 3 writing samples will be requested 3+ years project management experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Proficient writer and story-teller Analytical thinker and problem solver Experience in corporate social media content creation Hands-on experience with marketing software, i.e. project management tools, O365, virtual meeting software, analytic dashboards Data analysis and market research Ability to work in Dallas and travel to Fort Worth and Waxahachie as needed Photography and videography skills are a plus Interest in healthcare is a plus; prefer basic knowledge of healthcare BENEFITS - Our competitive benefits package includes the following Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% Tuition Reimbursement PTO accrual beginning Day 1 Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION - Associate's Degree EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 year of experience Expected salary: Location: Dallas, TX Apply Job!
