And that's where you come in:Instructure is seeking a high-performing Regional Vice President to manage the Direct Business team across APAC (high focus on ANZ). Reporting to the Managing Director, APAC, you will work with sales reps to identify, qualify, capture, and expand sales opportunities to retire quarterly and annual targets. You will have a solid understanding of the Canvas learning platform and associated products and be able to create and manage revenue for a large, growing region. Developing Sales Reps, working cross-functionally within the organisation, building regional strategy, and driving KPIs are key aspects of this role. What you will be doing: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the region’s sales strategy and lead high-impact initiatives to fuel new growth areas.Lead in establishing the strategic and tactical plans required to identify, qualify, and capture new sales opportunities.Mentor and develop a skilled and dedicated sales team of new and seasoned sellers.Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to deliver against budget and quota responsibilities.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and developments that affect key target markets.Day-to-day sales team management, including recruitment, training, motivation, support, development, and evaluation.Lead efforts to improve work processes and build customer partnerships to meet or exceed customer expectations and increase brand loyalty.Coordinate with teams across our organisation to create focus and drive results. What you need to know/have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceSeasoned Sales or Revenue Leader with five (5) years experiencePrevious experience as a high-performing individual sales contributorExperience in creating, managing, and developing thriving teamsKnowledge of Education Software markets and/or related marketsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detailStrong understanding of sales operationsHistory of delivering revenue targetsPositive attitude, energetic, upbeat, and professionalWilling to learn and easily adaptable Additional Information We’ve always believed in hiring and treating the most incredible people right.
