This Job is 100 % Commission Based About Kid Sports Live Kid Sports Live (KSL), is a youth sports streaming and fundraising platform that connects families, fans, and communities through livestreamed youth sporting events. We install HD cameras at youth sports venues so fans can watch games online via pay-per-view. Local businesses sponsor the broadcasts, helping leagues raise funds at no cost to them. Job Overview We are hiring Regional Sales Representatives to help expand Kid Sports Live across the U.S. This is a remote, high-earning opportunity for sales-driven, community-focused individuals who want to make a real impact in youth sports. Responsibilities • Reach out to youth leagues, travel ball programs, and sports complexes to introduce KSL’s livestream and fundraising services. • Present sponsorship packages to local businesses ($1,200/year or $100/month). • Build and maintain strong relationships with league directors and sponsors. • Secure new league partnerships (no cost to the league). • Coordinate installations and sponsorship details with KSL’s operations team. • Meet or exceed goals (such as 100 sponsors). Qualifications • Prior experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, or sports management preferred. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Self-motivated and organized with strong follow-through. • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule. • Passion for sports and community involvement is a big plus. Compensation & Benefits • 20% commission on all sponsor sales. • 20% for the first 2 years, 15% lifetime residual income from renewals. • $1,500 bonus for 50 sponsors in 60 days. • $3,000 bonus for 100 sponsors in 120 days. • Unlimited income potential — no cap on earnings. • Career growth into regional or national leadership roles.
