This role is pivotal in driving sales within government sectors, including defense (Navy, Army), police, fire and rescue, and disaster management organizations. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to revenue realization, while developing strong relationships with our clients and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in expanding EyeROVâs presence in the defence and Search And Rescue sector through innovative sales strategies and excellent customer service.Your Roles & ResponsibilityAchieving the sales targets for the company in the norther regionHandle Tenders with Central, State Govt for sectors such as Disaster, Defense, Hydro/Dams, Research Organization in the norther regionTo work with Govt Organizations like Police, Fire and Rescue, Disaster Organizations (NDRF), for sales of EyeROV products and solutionsWork with channel to partners to promote and sell EyeROV solutions to clientsManage end to end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realisationCreation of techno-commercial proposal for clients, tenders and other projectsResponsible for the post-sales coordination with Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion and maintaining customer relationshipsReports Directly to CEOSkills:Excellent oral, written and presentation skillsActive listening skills, highly consultative and solution-orientedStrong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changeExcellent communicator and relationship builderAbility to learn, understand and communicate technical product requirementAbility to speak fluently in English and Hindi.Added AdvantageCandidates who have worked in high tech products such as dronesWorked with NDRF, SDRF, Defense, Police and allied organizationsExperience 8 - 15 years relevant experience in the Sales Location Delhi, NCRQualificationBachelorâs degree in engineering or related degreeShould have done at least 5 years of B2G technical sales experienceShould have prior sales experience with the state police/MHA/disaster managementOriginally posted on Himalayas
