Regional Sales Manager- Audio Visual industry
Job Summary:
The AV Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the sales strategy within the assigned region. This individual will manage a team of Independent sales Representatives, collaborate with internal departments, and work closely with distributors, integrators, and partners to achieve and exceed regional sales targets in the audio-visual (AV) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, integrators, and partners to understand their needs and offer tailored AV solutions.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive activities within the region.
Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-through on potential leads.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical support teams to align strategies and address client needs effectively.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales performance data, and present findings and strategies to senior management.

Qualifications:
