Job Details Job Location Answers in Genesis HQ - Erlanger, KY Position Type Full Time Description To track magazine subscribers both print and digital and aid in all questions related to these subscriptions. Provide necessary files and reports as needed to implement the mailing processes. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference. Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done. Approach all tasks with a second mile mindset. Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments. Manually enter all bookstores and event subscriptions into SAP. Manually enter all bookstores, events, and mail digital Subscriptions into SAP and set up Web accounts and digital magazine in the admin section of store. Keep daily stats of magazine subs, phone, event, bookstore, and mail order. Track gift subscriptions, pulling gift letters as needed Track Comp subs and renew any expiring ones. Mail New & Renew every couple of weeks. Quarterly, pull all files for mailing magazine issues Monitor all marketing pieces associated with the magazine, including reminders Watch for any Canadian, Australian, or UK subs that come through our website. And all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications Requirements Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith. Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Regularly attends a local Bible-believing church. Ability to gain thorough knowledge of Studio Enterprise as it relates to subscriptions. Ability to work in spreadsheets and Excel Dependable Ability to multi-task Education & Experience 2 years of experience within Studio Enterprise and magazine entry Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Good Microsoft Word Skills Items Needed for Possible Employment Completion of on-line application, Salary Requirements Salvation Testimony Creation Belief Statement Confirmation of your agreement with the AiG Statement of Faith (AiG Statement of Faith can be found on the website).
