Who we are looking for…An experienced Sales Executive for the West Region (CA, AZ, CO, UT, NV, WA) who will be a critical member of our sales team and is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new sales opportunities within an assigned region. This role focuses on generating new business through strategic prospecting, effective qualifying, collaborating with the team and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth. Axxess fosters a collaborative culture that fuels innovation and excellence and is recognized nationally as a “Best Place to Work.”What you will do… Articulate the value proposition of Axxess’s SaaS offerings and services to enterprise clients through webinars, phone calls, and in-person meetingsUtilize Salesforce to manage all contacts and lead efficiently, ensuring each opportunity is accurately processedTake ownership of your regional pipeline and coordinate activities in collaboration with other team members to exceed sales targetsAct as a Brand Ambassador of Axxess at relevant trade shows and industry events to expand your network and generate leadsExpertly qualify opportunities to ensure strong follow-through and commitment, leading to successful closuresWhat you bring… Bachelor's degree required3+ years of Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, Palliative or relevant experience requiredProven track record of success in selling SaaS or technology solutions to clients Highly motivated hunter in new business development and cold calling processesExcellent verbal/written communication skillsProficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointConsistent over-achievement and demonstration of superior work ethicAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new sales strategies and market conditionsExperience working with Salesforce or similar CRM preferredAxxess is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
