Regional Production Services Manager - Live Events & AV Solutions

Job Summary

This key role supports our venue operations teams in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale productions. Responsibilities include logistics, resource allocation, accounting, and onsite management. You may also fill show operator positions when needed as part of our Production Services department.

Your Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with Venue Sales, Operations, Rigging Services, and Power Services to plan and execute high-level productions that meet our quality standards.
• Serve as the remote point of contact for project planning and on-site point of contact for production site visits and event execution upon venue staff’s request.
• Identify, train, and maintain relationships with Event Services Technicians, labor brokers, and subrental vendors to ensure smooth production-level event execution.
• Create detailed production schedules, define project deliverables, assist in obtaining quotes, and prepare and implement project budgets.
• Act as the production subject matter expert, consulting venues on equipment and staffing, and translating client requests into comprehensive production visions.
• Generate CAD files as needed to demonstrate production elements’ scale, and calculate power consumption to ensure adequate resources.
• Assist with rigging services requests, manage laborers for large productions, and coordinate with the Power Services department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Three (3) years' project management experience.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and three-dimensional drawings.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred.

• Excellent written, verbal, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and understanding of signal flow.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in basic electrical theory, rigging standards, and industry-standard software (Microsoft Office Suite, CAD software, project management software).
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Ability to execute complex productions, resolve problems, and make recommendations.
