Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on reviewing and completing enrichment tasks as defined by our client, with a strong emphasis on quality control and adherence to industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as trained by the client, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Performing credentialing-related tasks, such as application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, with meticulous attention to detail.
Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, utilizing excellent communication skills to ensure timely and accurate information.
Verifying information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details, ensuring the integrity of credentialing data.
Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.


Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with arenaflex's values and standards. These include:

6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role, although candidates with less experience but a strong aptitude for data entry and credentialing are also encouraged to apply.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and a willingness to support a work-from-home setup with reliable internet connectivity (at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
