Regional Cutting Sales Mgr - West Coast
Job Description:
Regional Cutting Sales Manager will report to the Sales Manager, Swift-Cut remotely. The successful candidate will attain a level of technical conversancy that allows the professional presentation of ESAB and its products. This position is accountable for the successful management of a sales region involving, but not limited to, direct sales responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Meet or exceed budgeted regional sales and profit targets.
ā¢ Develop, train, and motivate regional channels or distribution.
ā¢ Develop and maintain cross-functional teamwork.
ā¢ Provide timely and thorough feedback of business activity, trends, and market position.
ā¢ Utilize sales tools provided.
ā¢ Formulate and implement effective time/territory management tactics.
ā¢ Coordinate sales strategies and tactics.
ā¢ Suggest and utilize cost saving and cost avoidance measures.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
ā¢ Four-year degree, or equivalent education/experience.
ā¢ Proven sales skills and technical abilities in the welding/cutting industry.
ā¢ Excellent team/people skills.
ā¢ Skilled in monetization and value selling.
ā¢ Skilled in IT tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
ā¢ Willing to travel 50% plus.
ā¢ Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
