At React Health, we are a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment, serving the respiratory, sleep, and cardiology markets. Our innovative approach combines manufacturing and distribution to meet the unique needs of our customers. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating demand for our sleep and respiratory products, as well as software solutions, and driving sales growth in a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Northern California market
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, clinicians, and durable medical equipment companies
Conduct regular sales calls, education, and training to customer accounts, both in-person and virtually
Manage territory budget to maximize customer impact and achieve sales quotas
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve account-specific objectives and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in medical sales, specifically within the durable medical equipment market
Proven track record of sales success in the sleep and respiratory durable medical equipment market
Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities
