Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Regional Strategies: Create and implement region-level plans to achieve financial, operational, and customer support objectives across multiple Starbucks stores, addressing unique strengths and challenges. Lead a Team of Leaders: Inspire, mentor, and empower Store Managers as team leaders, retail administrators, and entrepreneurs, driving business growth and excellence. Provide Expertise and Resources: Offer guidance on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations, and company policies and strategies, ensuring seamless execution and consistency. Drive Business Performance: Oversee the financial and operational performance of multiple stores, analyzing data and implementing corrective actions to optimize results. Foster Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, promoting Starbucks' brand and values while driving community involvement and support. Essential Qualifications Retail Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing at least 2 stores, departments, or units, with a proven track record of driving business growth, P&L management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading a team of 6 or more, with strong training and coaching skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Multi-Unit Experience: Familiarity with multi-unit retail or restaurant operations, including financial reporting and analysis. Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and resolve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or a related field, or significant US Military experience, is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Retail or Restaurant Experience: Additional experience in retail or restaurant management, with a deeper understanding of operational complexities and customer dynamics. Leadership Development: Experience in leadership development programs or mentorship roles, with a strong ability to identify and nurture talent. Data-Driven Decision Making: Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation, using insights to drive business decisions and optimize results.
