Job Description: Work together with the Partnership Team to develop and improve the system for referral partner program Execute the daily operations of lead acquisition via referral partner program (including cross departments & partners coordination) Foster partner community and maintain a good working relationship with partners (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partners problems/needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product, organize marketing event with a partner if necessary) Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with partners Requirements: Bachelors degree (all majors are welcome) At least 2 years of working experience in community or partnership management Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking Interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments Ability to build relationships & collaborate with others Fast leaner and willing to learn Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia Willing to work in Jakarta What You Will Get: Competitive salary + daily allowance.
