Position : Data Researcher for Digital PR Campaigns Andava Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a background in data analysis, statistics, or related fields (or currently studying in these areas) to support our digital PR campaigns. Your role will be to organize and interpret raw data, uncover key insights, and transform findings into meaningful, journalist-friendly reports that strengthen campaign narratives and strategies. Responsibilities: Receive and thoroughly review raw data provided by the team (e.g., surveys, social media analytics, website traffic, or other marketing channels). Explore datasets to identify interesting trends, key statistics, and unique insights aligned with campaign objectives. Clean and organize raw data by resolving inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors. Categorize and structure data into formats that are easy to analyze and present. Conduct statistical analysis to identify correlations, patterns, and significant trends. Highlight and explain key statistics that support campaign messaging, suggesting potential story angles. Collaborate closely with PR and marketing teams to ensure data-driven insights align with campaign goals. Format findings into clear, compelling reports tailored for journalists, media outlets, and internal stakeholders. Requirements: Background in data analysis, statistics, or a related field (or currently studying in these areas).
