Reddit Marketer (Freelance, Contract)

About the Role We’re hiring experienced Reddit marketers to help B2B SaaS clients grow visibility and credibility through organic Reddit engagement. You’ll join as a contractor on a flexible, part-time basis, working with our SEO and content strategy team to identify opportunities, contribute to relevant threads, and build strategic subreddit presence. This isn’t basic karma farming. We’re looking for people who already understand Reddit culture, know how to navigate the nuance of subreddits, and can help brands show up authentically in places that matter—without sounding like marketers. If you’ve built accounts with real presence, engaged in niche communities, and know how to generate long-tail exposure through conversation and content, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Do • Support Reddit strategy development by monitoring target audience behavior, researching competitor presence, identifying high-value subreddits, and surfacing topics, products, and pain points worth posting about • Monitor and engage with relevant threads and subreddits on behalf of clients (using your own or approved pseudonymous accounts) • Post original, thoughtful content in subreddits to spark and lead valuable discussions aligned with client expertise • Develop and manage branded subreddits as needed—including seeding posts, engaging early users, and moderating • Collaborate with SEO and content strategists to align Reddit activity with SEO, GEO, digital PR, and overall growth goals • (Optional) Support similar work on Quora or other UGC platforms if you have experience What We’re Looking For • Demonstrated Reddit experience: You’ve built and actively used one or more Reddit accounts with high karma in relevant niches (bonus: show us!) • Deep knowledge of Reddit’s rules, tone, etiquette, and subreddit dynamics • Familiarity with SEO or GEO and how Reddit fits into broader organic visibility strategies • Strong writing skills—you can simplify complex ideas, match tone to community, and sound like a human • Bonus: experience with Quora or similar UGC platforms Who You Are • Already spends time on Reddit and knows which subreddits are valuable for SaaS, tech, marketing, AI, or other B2B verticals • Understands how Reddit threads rank in search and how to align replies with long-tail intent • Wants to plug into a team of experienced marketers and help clients grow through non-traditional channels • Attentive to detail (P.S. the passcode is "moderator") • Reliable, independent, communicative, proactive Contract Details • Freelance / contract basis • Flexible hours—volume will vary month to month • Pay is competitive and based on experience, account quality, and scope of work Ready to apply?
