Sales and Acquisition:- Achieve a minimum target placement of AED 32.000 monthly.- Contribute to 20% of the sales target through acquisition activities.2. Collaboration with Talent Sourcer:- Develop and refine job profiles in collaboration with the Talent Sourcer.- Finalize the screening process of candidates pre-screened by the Talent Sourcer.3. Candidate Management:- Conduct live interviews and assessments.- Prepare candidates for client interviews.- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.4. Client Interaction:- Maintain primary contact with clients.- Evaluate interviews and oversee salary negotiations.- Manage the placement process and follow-up evaluations.5. Post-Placement Follow-Up:- Contact the company and candidate on the start date.- Conduct evaluations after one week, one month, and three months.Earning Model:Full Placement (Acquisition + Recruitment): 50% of the fee.Supplied Sales (Own Recruitment):-10%.Supplied Sales and Candidate:-10%.Tools and Software:Microsoft Teams 365:For communication.Workable ATS Software: For applicant tracking.Community Software:For community interaction, learning, and team growth.
