As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for interviewing and selecting top talent, while also contributing to various HR processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This is a full-time contractual seasonal position from October to March.RequirementsMinimum of 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experienceAbility to manage multiple open roles, conducting back to back interviews, and prioritize tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Experience with Workable and Rippling is a plusProficiency in G-suite applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent English communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.BenefitsGreat Culture.
