They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to support their Talent Acquisition efforts by building strong candidate pipelines and improving sourcing strategies across various roles and markets.ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand hiring needs and prioritiesProactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other creative channelsBuild and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openingsManage candidate flow and activity within UKG (ATS)Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates and generate interest in opportunitiesReview resumes and screen candidates against role requirementsTrack sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline healthMaintain accurate and organized candidate records in UKGCollaborate on job postings and sourcing strategiesSupport scheduling and coordination as neededSkills1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisitionProven success in sourcing for a variety of roles, primarily within service, skilled trades, or customer-facing industriesHands-on experience with UKG (ATS) or similar applicant tracking systemsStrong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and other platformsExperience supporting high-volume or multi-market hiringStrong Boolean search skills and creative sourcing techniquesData-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve sourcing metricsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities at onceStrong attention to detail and organization skillsClear and professional written and verbal communicationComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA genuine interest in talent acquisition and candidate experienceBenefitsEmployee-first cultureExtensive benefitsCareer developmentCompany OverviewLaunchPad Home Group is the provider of home inspections and residential services.
