Role Description: We are looking for a Talent Delivery Recruiter to support our Sales Recruiting team delivering top candidates in a fast paced environment. Working in a cross collaborative environment you will directly impact the delivery of candidtes from our Talent Attraction team into open opportunities across the AMER Sales organization. Your Impact: Match candidates sourced from aligned Talent Attraction recruiters into Account Executive opportunities Coach candidates through interview process Implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a robust pipeline of quality candidates Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles Partner with other departments (Recruiting Coordination, Talent Attraction, Employee Marketing, Sales Strategy, Headcount Management and Finance) Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively Desired Skills/Experience: 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes Track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment Ability to manage ambiguity and operates well under pressure Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, Beamery highly preferred) Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.) Benefits & Perks: We have a public-facing website https://www.getsalesforcebenefits.com/en that explains our various benefits, including wellbeing reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more.
