Join our regional in-house recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where you’ll play a key role in supporting hiring efforts across our business consulting practice in Malaysia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment journey who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers Help develop creative and inclusive sourcing strategies to attract top talent Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from start to finish Collaborate with global recruitment teams on exciting projects and initiatives Learn to use recruitment data and insights to support smarter hiring decisions What We Offer A clear path for career progression and professional development A collaborative, non-hierarchical culture where your ideas are valued Exposure to senior stakeholders and client-facing opportunities as you grow Ongoing training, mentorship, and access to global best practices A diverse and inclusive workplace that celebrates merit and potential What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you: Have some experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO/MSP, or agency) Are curious about Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment (a plus, not a must!) Are proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment Communicate clearly and enjoy working with people Are fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus)
