Qualifications:

 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or virtual assistant roles.
 Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
 Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
 Knowledge of Google products and services is a plus.
 Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience working in a tech environment or supporting tech products.
 Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk.
