What we offer:
Remote position, work from anywhere
Flexible schedule, no fixed hours

Average payout between $2,500 to $5,000 per placement
Uncapped commissions
Centralized around-the-clock recruiter support functions
1099 consultant contract
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
Knowledge of Boolean search
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized in deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated and results-oriented
