[Remote] Sage Intacct Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blytheco is adding sharp Sage Intacct Consultants to our professional services delivery team. The role involves guiding clients through the software implementation process, delivering training, and providing post-implementation support.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth discovery meetings targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the clientProduce professional documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for clients and prospective clients; create Statements of Work (SOW)Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, UAT testingAs the Subject Matter Expert on the solution, provide guidance and direction to both internal implementation team and client implementation teamMay contribute to the business development process by participating in sales calls, assisting with proposal development, and delivering presentationsDeliver insightful and engaging training sessions via phone, web, or in-personProvide prompt, exceptional customer service and supportActively participate in the software implementation processSchedule and participate in discovery meetings with clients to gather requirements for the implementation projectCreate and update Statements of WorkLead configuration sessions with clientsBusiness process mapping and data migrationUser acceptance testingCreate training documents and lead training sessions with clientsParticipate in sales calls, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on the softwareRespond to support calls and resolve issues in a timely mannerAttend project status meetingsTravel to client sites (as needed)SkillsPossess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sage Intacct Consultant, handling at least 2-3 Sage Intacct implementations, which include setup, configuration, and, if applicable, customization OR 2-3 years of experience as a Sage Intacct userHave in-depth manufacturing/distribution or accounting/finance experienceUnderstand common industry business practices related to accounting, sales/manufacturing/inventory management, as well as an advanced understanding of accounting theory, accounting systems, US GAAP, and IFRADemonstrate ability to juggle multiple projects successfully, while meeting deadlinesOutstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills requiredExhibit exceptional interpersonal, customer service, decision-making, and analytical abilitiesAbility to function effectively in collaborative, team-oriented, matrix environment, and build strong relationships with managers, co-workers, clients, vendors, and internal clientsWorking knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM toolsAbility to travel, as neededHold a bachelor's degree (preferred)Experienced with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience is a plusBenefitsMedical, dental, vision coverageCompany-paid life insuranceOptions for additional insurance coverages401(k) PlanPaid Time Off accrualsCompany Paid HolidaysWork from homeTuition reimbursement and on-going training opportunitiesEmployee Recognition and Leadership ProgramsAnnual Company Conference – “Quest for Excellence”Company OverviewBlytheco is a technology company that offers business consultation and software.
