Recruiter (Professional Pharmacy & University Relations) - Licensed Pharmacist / Remote (CA, WA, OR, ID)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Organize and implement recruitment plans for pharmacy interns, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with business partners to report staffing statistics and develop recruiting strategies
Assist in college recruitment days and develop pharmacy recruitment programs
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
Travel to university events and professional organization conferences as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (BS) or PharmD
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Pharmacy Operations, Human Resources, or Pharmacist Professional Recruitment
Valid driver's license for business travel
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational and communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience participating in professional pharmacy organizations
Previous involvement in college recruitment initiatives
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Ability to lecture or present at pharmacy schools
Knowledge of current trends in pharmacy recruitment
