Your Role as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Supervising Clinician:
Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists: Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth
Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice: Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards
Collaborate with Care Teams: Work alongside school counselors, teachers, and families indirectly through your supervisees to create a holistic support system for each student
Focus on Outcomes: Utilize our tools and resources to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for their clients
Maintain Supervisory Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of supervision sessions using our secure EHR system
Engage in Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care
What We're Looking For:
Active, independent clinical license in California as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Ability: Fluency in Spanish or other languages
Specialized Training: Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities
Educational Experience: Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions
Credentialing: Active NPI number and CAQH profile
