If that sounds like you, we want to talk.Weâre looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist to join our team in New York City. This is a hybrid role focused on recruiting top talent across Sales, SDR, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and beyond, while also supporting key HR functions such as onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and office operations.Youâll report to our Director of People and work closely with team leads across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-obsessed, and excited to help build and scale a company from the inside out.Key Responsibilities:Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Finance, and OperationsPartner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needsManage job postings, candidate pipeline, scheduling, and offer processesDeliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our valuesCollaborate on onboarding, offboarding, and employee experienceCoordinate with external vendors for payroll, benefits, and compliance supportHelp maintain and improve internal systems and documentation for People OperationsKeep our NYC office running smoothly with light office management (procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships) as well as event management supportChampion a culture of inclusion, transparency, and team successContinuously look for ways to improve recruiting, onboarding, and retentionQualifications:Proven success recruiting across multiple departments (bonus if you've hired GTM and technical roles)Comfortable managing full-cycle hiring processes from sourcing to offer to onboardingOrganized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skillsExperience with multiple applicant tracking systems (Ashby or Greenhouse are a plus)Experience with HR information systems (like Justworks or similar)Familiarity with payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance basicsAbility to juggle competing priorities and keep things movingHigh emotional intelligenceâyou know how to support people and build trustSelf-starter with a âfigure it outâ mindset and a bias for actionBased in NYC and able to work in-office Tuesday through ThursdayBonus Skills:Experience at a high-growth startup or Series B companyFamiliarity with US & Canadian labor laws and employment best practicesPassion for building people-first cultures and inclusive workplacesThe annual base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 USD.
