About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Amazon PPC / Advertising Specialist to lead paid advertising strategy across our client portfolio. This is a high-impact role for someone who goes beyond campaign management — you think strategically, own performance outcomes, and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns that drive measurable growth for our clients.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ManagementLead end-to-end strategy and execution of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaignsDesign campaign architecture across match types (broad, phrase, exact) and campaign types (auto vs. manual)Oversee product targeting, category targeting, and audience-based campaignsManage large-scale ad accounts across multiple ASINs, product lines, and marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.)Keyword & ASIN ResearchConduct advanced keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, Brand Analytics, and Search Term ReportsIdentify high-value competitor ASINs and build data-driven product targeting strategiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive negative keyword lists to reduce wasted spendBid & Budget OptimizationLead bid strategy across placements (top of search, product pages, rest of search)Apply time-of-day, seasonal, and performance-based bid adjustmentsManage and pace daily and monthly budgets to maximize share of voice and ROIPerformance Analysis & ReportingOwn key advertising metrics: ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, impressions, and new-to-brand salesPull, analyze, and act on Search Term Reports to continuously harvest converting keywordsTrack organic vs. paid rank to measure the halo effect of ad spend on BSRDeliver clear, insightful weekly and monthly performance reports to clients and stakeholdersAccount Structure & Portfolio ManagementBuild and maintain a clean, scalable account structure across portfolios with budget capsDevelop and enforce naming conventions and campaign organization standardsManage advertising across multiple client accounts and marketplaces simultaneouslyStrategy & GrowthIdentify and execute growth opportunities tied to new product launches, deal events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday), and seasonal trendsDevelop full-funnel advertising strategies that align with client business goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with account managers, SEO, and creative teamsLeadership & MentorshipProvide guidance and training to junior PPC specialistsContribute to the development of SOPs, best practices, and internal playbooksStay current with Amazon Advertising updates, policy changes, and industry trendsRequirementsQualificationsRequired:3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC / Advertising experienceAmazon Ads Certification (current)Proven track record of managing and scaling ad budgets with measurable resultsDeep expertise in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSPAdvanced proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, or similar platformsStrong command of Amazon metrics: ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVRExperience managing multi-marketplace accounts (US, UK, EU, etc.)Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsPreferred:Experience with Amazon DSP and programmatic advertisingFamiliarity with Facebook / Meta Ads or other paid channelsAgency background managing multiple client accounts simultaneouslyExperience with deal event strategy (Prime Day, BFCM)BenefitsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rate (based on experience)Permanent work-from-home setupFlexible, fully remote work environmentOpportunities for professional development and career advancementAccess to industry-leading tools, courses, and SOP librariesCollaborative, growth-focused team culture
