Recruiter (part time) – Amazon Store
SARAH Tuxis Residential Services is seeking a part-time, 20 hours per week, Recruiter. SARAH Tuxis in an agency supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities along the CT shoreline. This position is considered a high-volume Recruiter and will assist the Lead Recruiter in sourcing candidates for all full time, part time and per diem Direct Support Professionals (direct care workers). The ideal candidate will have previous experience sourcing candidates in the healthcare field. Position will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting. Three to five years of experience preferred, but not required. Position will be based in the Guilford, CT office, but may have remote flexibility built into the schedule. Skill sets required: - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong attention to detail and follow up - Professionally aggressive in approach to recruiting - Strong worth ethic and ability to be self-directed - Strong teamwork mentality - Patience and diplomacy a must Schedule (may be flexible, upon further discussion): Mon-Fri, 10a-2p, based in the company's main office in Guilford, CT Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
