My client, an NYC specialist corporate services recruiting firm is on the lookout for a USA Co-Lead and Head of Perm to manage 4 billing consultants, bolstering their NYC office, with budget to expand your team quickly over the next 6-12 months.
This firm is looking to emulate the mass success they have experienced in London over in New York and are immediately looking for an experienced recruiter within Corporate Services to spearhead this practice area,

?? Corporate Services/Business Support into FS & Alternative Investments

?? $150,000 true base salary on offer plus $30,000+ management bonuses
(1st year OTE minimum $200,000)
?? Inherit and manage a team of 4 billing consultants from day one
?? You will be a hands on biller, and strategic head within the business - co-leading the US office.
?? It's not a build from scratch. My client has an established alternative investments client base for you to tap into so it will be a very warm landing from day one.
?? Your direct report will be to the MD & CEO
?? Working an established and existing client base within the FS & Alternative Investments space
What they're looking for:
?? 2 years+ full desk recruitment experience
?? Corporate Services/Business Support market expertise
?? Strong individual contributor or managerial experience
