Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients' hiring managers and executives to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.

• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through outreach and relationship-building activities.

• Review and screen resumes/CVs to identify potential matches for open positions.

• Conduct thorough remote/in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

• Utilize assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.

• Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage salary negotiations with selected candidates.
,
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Analyze and report key metrics to stakeholders and the recruiting team.

• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

• Identify new sourcing methods to attract passive candidates.

• Provide support to the recruiting team as necessary.

• Conduct proactive follow-ups with hiring managers to identify open positions.

• Present and promote top-tier applicants to clients.

• Develop new clients and build strong relationships for job orders.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goal expectations.

• Research accounts and prospects to generate interest.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
• 1+ years recruiting, sales, and marketing experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience in various selection processes with a focus on full-cycle recruiting preferred.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to results.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in utilizing diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

• Expertise in conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suites.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is advantageous.
