Recruiter (experience in clinical trials is a must)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for clinical research. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to meet our hiring goals. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions. Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Client Collaboration : Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal teams. Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Experience in clinical trials is a must Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a fluent English and Russian Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus.
