Receptionist/Verification Specialist
Evolve Psychiatry is looking for a few dedicated remote professionals to join our dedicated team. Evolve Psychiatry is a mid-large sized psychiatry practice based out of New York with over 20,000 patients. We specialize in Medication Management, Talk Therapy, TMS, & Spravato services.
In this 1099 position you responsibilities will include
• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling, rescheduling, & cancelling appointments
• Collection copays
• Appointment reminder calls
• Collecting new patient information
• Verifying insurance
• Calling insurance companies for patient benefit information
• Assistance with prior authorizations for medications
Qualifications:
• HS diploma or greater
• 12 year Medical experience required
• eClinicalWorks experience is a plus
• knowledge of insurance verification
• Medical Billing experience a plus
