Receptionist & Customer Service Specialist (ZR_25014_JOB)
This is a remote position.Schedule:Full-time (35+ hours per week)Monday-Friday 9a-6p EST to be able to answer calls- breaks whenever best for employee up to 40 hours per weekClient Time zone: ESTResponsibilities:Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customersRespond to customer questions about carpet cleaning processes and servicesSchedule appointments using House Call Pro CRM systemFilter and manage spam calls effectivelyConduct follow-up calls with customers after appointments to ensure satisfactionHandle social media inquiries and respond to online customer questionsManage social media posts and customer engagement on social platformsPerform daily administrative and operational tasksConvert leads into scheduled appointments and new customersMaintain organized customer records and appointment schedulingRequirementsStrong English communication skills with clear speaking abilityExperience in customer service or receptionist rolesFamiliarity with CRM systems (House Call Pro experience preferred)Ability to handle inbound sales conversations effectivelyBasic social media management capabilitiesProfessional phone manner and customer-facing experienceAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksWillingness to learn and adapt to company processesBenefitsIndependent Contractor Perks: HMO coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance jobPlease note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an āIndependent Contractorā arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
