As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Buyer Intake Specialist, your primary responsibility is to manage and qualify inbound buyers. You will be the first point of contact for new investors, ensuring every buyer is: • Responded quickly • Properly qualified • Accurately documented Your role is not to close deals, but to build a strong pipeline of ready-to-transact buyers by fully completing each buyer’s profile and passing them off to the dispositions team. This position requires speed, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up. Incomplete or inaccurate information leads to lost deals, so precision is critical.
