If you're fluent in multiple languages, including English, and have a convenient time zone, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers via live chat or email, resolving any problems they may have, and providing exceptional support * Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better assist our customers * Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product * Completing non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests **Must-Have Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Superb written and verbal communication skills * A passion for talking to people and solving their problems * The ability to handle challenging customers (although we're proud to say that we have very few of those!) * Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level * Comfort with basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed * Ability to write technical documentation and articles * Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks, as we're a small startup and everyone wears multiple hats * Ability to work at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm) **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be a great asset to our team: * Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization * Experience working with B2B SaaS * Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, and Italian * Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, etc. **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary that's negotiable based on experience.
