They act as a SME on Equinix's real estate portfolios and maintain communication with landlords.ResponsibilitiesPayment of Rent/CAMResponsible for the completion of the monthly rent payment processIdentifies need for lease and rent related reports, as well as other real estate related inquiriesResponsible for CAM reconciliationWorks with the Accounting team to hone processes to avoid payment errorsDrafts initial budgets in the annual budget processLease ManagementActs as final escalation point for the lease management systemResponsible for lease abstractionManages landlord correspondence and drafts leases Data IntegrityMaintains data integrity to ensure consistency with the portfolioCross-functional CoordinationIs a SME on Equinix real estate portfolios and acts as a point of contact for various departments (e.g. Finance, Sales, etc.)Manages engagement with the Legal team on various documents such as Estoppels, SNDAs and other similar transactionsHandles landlord conflict resolution on major issues, while coordinating with other departments as appropriateLandlord AuditsManages reporting and communication to management and Accounting on results of auditsQualifications3+ years experience in real estate accounting, property management or lease administration requiredBachelor's degree requiredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
