Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property management and leasing, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Real Estate Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the property leasing process, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and utilizing tools such as Yardi and CMMS to manage properties effectively.
Duties
• Assist clients in the property leasing process by providing detailed information about available properties.
• Conduct property showings and respond to inquiries in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of property management activities using Yardi and CMMS software.
• Stay informed about local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Upsell additional services or features that may enhance the tenant experience or increase property value.
• Collaborate with the office team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in property management operations.
Requirements
• Proven experience in property management or real estate advisory roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi software and CMMS systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple properties simultaneously.
