Inside the Role Support DTNA’s Aftermarket Sales strategy by developing, launching and tracking sales initiatives through Inside Sales. The Senior Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to enhance promotional management. This position will drive continuous improvement initiatives to help improve processes, systems and CX. This position will be responsible for growing parts sales and providing premium parts and solutions to our Dealer Network. What You Drive at DTNA Expertise and guidance of others to pursue sales opportunities, reporting and leadership Develop sales promotions and programs to achieve annual sales objectives Drive continuous improvement including processes, systems and customer service Provide parts support to dealers for direct ship orders Develop, manage and execute customer action plans for purposes of accelerating complex issue resolution Provide assistance to Dealers and Distributors with parts inquiries, sales quoting, bids, and training. Track and report KPIs for sales promotions, quotes and sales deals Coordinate weekly department support schedule for quotes and District Parts Manager (DPM) Support Work closely with Parts Marketing and Vendors to understand and communicate program related inquiries from the Dealer and Distributor network. Set up and maintain dealer and distributor sales deals. Manage the sales deal on a quarterly basis in order to ensure the profitability over the length of the contract. Support District Parts Managers in their efforts to promote and sell parts to Dealers and Distributors in their respective region. Provide informal guidance and mentorship to new team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment Lead projects or manage processes as needed, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with team goals Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor's Degree AND prefer 2-4 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Microsoft Suite experience Working knowledge and expanded professional experience in job field Understanding of key business drivers Works independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity Exceptional Candidates Might Have Sales and/or Marketing experience SAP Paragon experience Salesforce experience Tableau and/or PowerBI experience #LI-TN1 #LI-Hybrid Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Fort Mill, SC US.
