We’re seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to support a top-producing luxury real estate team. This is a remote role, open only to candidates who reside in Arlington, VA, as occasional on-site property visits and local errands are regularly required. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization, enjoys contributing ideas, and is excited to help bring marketing campaigns to life. Experience in residential real estate marketing and an active VA real estate license are preferred, but we also welcome professionals from other luxury or service-based industries with marketing experience. While prior real estate marketing experience is a plus, what matters most is a genuine interest in the industry and a passion for creating high-quality, engaging marketing content. You have a dedicated workspace free from distractions and daily access to a personal vehicle for work-related tasks. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities: About the Role You will oversee the marketing calendar and manage the team’s marketing efforts from start to finish, taking ownership of social media, email campaigns, print and digital materials, and website updates. You’ll love bringing your ideas to the table and will work closely with the agents to explore new approaches, test fresh concepts, and produce marketing that feels elevated, on-brand, and aligned with the team’s vision. You’ll create content, write copy, design materials, and help plan client appreciation and community events. The role also includes occasional local errands, attending staging, photography, or inspection appointments, and ensuring marketing materials are prepared and delivered efficiently. You’ll use tools—including AI—to refine, streamline, and enhance your work, allowing you to stay organized, work efficiently, and deliver polished results that strengthen the team’s presence in the market. Key Responsibilities & Areas of Focus • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), schedule posts, and create engaging content • Create print, digital, and email marketing materials: postcards, brochures, market reports, email campaigns, and website updates • Plan and execute client appreciation events, community gatherings, and coordinate closing gifts • Organize inboxes, calendars, and tasks; maintain CRM and support lead follow-up • Handle occasional local errands, attend staging, photography, or inspection appointments, and deliver marketing materials Qualifications: We Know You You are passionate about your work and take pride in the content you create.
