We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Product Marketing Client Analytics team, driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. **About the Role:** The Product Marketing Client Analytics team at arenaflex is responsible for providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and customer engagement. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer product and services engagement, developing predictive analytics models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data science, machine learning, and analytical engineering will enable you to design and implement end-to-end data modeling pipelines and customer analytics solutions that drive business impact. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support Product Marketing, Investor Relations, and the Executive Team with analysis on customer product and services engagement, providing strategic and tactical insights related to the dynamic customer and device install base. * Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses, data mining, and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions. * Collaborate with Product Marketing business analysts to develop insights and recommendations for iPhone, iPad, Mac, iPod, Apple TV, Apple Watch, and the convergence of customer product and services engagement. * Work cross-functionally with iTunes, iCloud, Sales, Retail, Apple Online Store, AppleCare, and Services teams on joint customer analytics projects, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. * Design and implement end-to-end enhanced data modeling pipelines and customer analytics scripted solutions using Python and/or Spark. * Manage data science projects through all stages, including data quality, data modeling, algorithm/feature development, statistical analysis, and data visualization. **Minimum Qualifications:** * 5+ years of industry experience building data science-driven solutions to solve business problems. * 3+ years of hands-on coding skills (Python, R, or Spark), handling large-scale data, deriving key insights, developing machine learning models on structured and unstructured data, and maintaining production ML pipelines as part of a production-type analytical solution. * Bachelor's degree in Business (with quantitative emphasis), Statistics, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Analytics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong technical database and data modeling knowledge (Oracle, Hadoop, Snowflake), and experience optimizing SQL queries on large datasets. * 3+ years of experience working with Tableau or other data visualization technologies. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to develop and present conclusions and recommendations to senior executives. * Ability to work effectively with sometimes ambiguous data and constructs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. * Deep understanding of analytical methods and machine learning algorithms including regression, clustering, classification, optimization, regularization, dimensionality reduction, and other advanced analytical techniques. * Team player who enjoys collaborating with others. **Compensation and Benefits:** At arenaflex, we offer a competitive total compensation package that includes a base salary range, discretionary employee stock programs, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses related to advancing your career.
