Real Estate Land Sales / Acquisition Specialist – Remote

Who this role is for This role is for you if you are a full time acquisitions closer who wants commission based upside and is willing to earn it through daily high volume calling, negotiating, and getting contracts signed. This role is not for you if you need a base salary, you are looking for a part time role, you lack consistency and motivation, or you struggle without supervision. If you’ve got the hustle, passion, and grit, we’ll give you the tools, training, and leads to win big. What You’ll Do • Make a high volume of outbound calls to qualified sellers every day • Build rapport, qualify leads, and uncover seller motivation • Analyze properties and determine accurate offer prices • Negotiate deals and get contracts signed • Follow up until the seller gives a clear yes or no and then follow up some more • Keep your pipeline current in the CRM, every day • Coordinate with the team to move deals from contract to close Performance expectations We track activity and results daily.
