Real Estate Cold Caller Needed – $4/Hour (Long-Term Position) Hiring Immediately
I’m looking for a motivated, reliable, and confident Real Estate Cold Caller to join my team. Your job will be to make outbound calls, qualify motivated seller leads, and pass over warm/hot leads to my Lead Manager. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right person. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using my dialer/CRM Follow a simple script (provided) Ask qualifying questions and gather accurate lead details Tag/Update leads inside the CRM after each call Set follow-up calls when needed Send daily reports of conversations and leads generated Requirements Strong English speaking skills (clear, neutral accent preferred) Experience in real estate cold calling or appointment setting Must be comfortable talking to sellers and handling objections Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet Must be available 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday Fast learner and able to follow systems Pay $4 per hour (paid weekly) Bonuses may be available for consistent performance and quality leads What I’m Looking For Someone who is confident, dependable, and hungry for long-term work.If you can generate conversations and follow the script, you’ll be a great fit.
