We’re seeking a passionate, self-motivated Real Estate Asset Manager to shape our portfolio’s future and drive exceptional results in a high-trust, growth-focused team.


What You’ll Do

-Foster Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with third-party property management firms

to optimize occupancy, revenue, and asset performance through effective lease and tenant management.

-Oversee Portfolio Performance: Manage commercial real estate properties, partnering with third-

party firms to ensure top financial and operational outcomes.

-Drive Financial Performance: Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and maximize Net Operating

Income (NOI) while collaborating with accounting for accurate reporting.

-Support Value-Add Strategies: Work with the Acquisitions team to implement initiatives that enhance

portfolio performance.

-Conduct Property Oversight: Perform quarterly property visits across the Midwest (up to 25% travel)

to ensure alignment with Black Kanyon’s vision.

-Facilitate Transitions: Support acquisitions, refinancings, and dispositions for seamless portfolio

transitions.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and task management software (e.g., Monday, Trello); familiarity

with Yardi or AppFolio is a plus.

-Comfortable with mandatory travel (up to 25%) for quarterly property visits, with potential for broader

travel as the portfolio grows.
