Real Estate Analyst - Specialized

HealthTrust is a national leader in seniors housing and healthcare real estate valuation services. The role involves conducting research, data collection, and market analysis to support the real estate appraisal process. Responsibilities Conduct telephone interviews for industry data, zoning, tax authority, and comparable communities; The right candidate MUST be comfortable on the phones.
